It's a prokinetic so it's supposed to make your system move stuff through. That said it could have a regulatory effect where it helps the digestive tract move more naturally. I'd say Iberogast is worth a try for anyone with digestive issues as problems at the top(stomach) can cause problems at the bottom(intestines/colon).
