I started taking a "Complete" digestive enzyme mix made by Webber Naturals here in Canada 3 days ago, after a particularly rough week of IBS flare-up. This morning, I had my first normal bowel movement in 8 months. Since my IBS has given me loose to wattery Diarhea since it began, this is a small miracle. I can only hope it lasts.

I have not noticed major improvements myself with digestive enzymes, but in some cases I think they've helped. It can be somewhat iffy though. In one instance I took some before eating some cheesecake and it seemed to help offset some symptoms(namely immediate D from all the fat), but other times they have not worked so well in that regard.
